I got into real estate because I love the moment a house becomes a home. The real estate itself is rarely the hard part. It's the uncertainty, the paperwork, and the worry that wear people down. My job is to carry those so you don't have to.
Across Cobb County, Gwinnett County, Douglas County, and Fulton County, that means knowing which neighborhoods fit which lifestyle, what truly moves homes, and where the real value is. Thirty-five years in this market have taught me strong negotiation and honest advice go hand in hand. I'll tell you what I'd tell a friend, even when it's not what you hoped to hear, because a good move is better than a fast one.
For investors
I own rentals too, so I know what a deal has to prove.
In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I help investors find, evaluate, and close on rental properties. And I bring more than market data to that work: I personally own rental properties in both Tennessee and Georgia, so I understand the investor side of real estate from firsthand experience.
That means I've lived the questions that matter to investors: what a property really cash-flows after upkeep, how a tenant relationship stays healthy, and how a rental performs over the long run. When we look at a deal together, I evaluate it the same way I'd evaluate one of my own.
